Oracle Primavera EPPM Installation Error dbsetup.bat file in Windows

I am trying to install Primavera P6 EPPM and connect it with Microsoft SQL Server inside a VirtualBox Windows 7 environment. However, the .bat file is not running during the installation process.

Environment:

  • Windows 11
  • Microsoft SQL Server (latest supported version)
  • Primavera P6 EPPM installer

Issue:

The Primavera installation BAT file does not execute, even when I try to run it as Administrator. Because of this, the database configuration does not proceed.

Solutions I Already Tried:

  1. Ran the BAT file as Administrator (right-click → Run as Admin).
  2. Tested with different versions of Primavera EPPM.
  3. Tried on other software environments (outside VM), still facing the same issue.
