The Database is in hung state

Hi Team,

The installation of Database 21c through DBCA method is in hung state and not proceeding after 74%, in windows 2022 VM environment. The alert log stop updating after "Completed: alter pluggable database pdb$seed open" in it as last update. The trace files keep generating where I can see the below basic information:(jsksSchedulerDisabled):CJQ0 is not alive.This seems normal as per search in chatGPT. Couldn't find relevant discussion or Doc in Oracle Support regarding such issues. What should be my next steps and what could be the reason for such a hung? Should I abort, revert and and restart creating from scratch
