Oracle and Windows ARM architecture

We are working in a prototype application installed on a Surface Pro tablet.

This app works against a local Oracle DB. We are using oracle 21c express edition for windows x64 for studying purpose.

This prototype was working reasonably well while we were using architecture Windows X64.

But we have another Surface with Windows 11 and ARM architecture.

Oracle 21c express edition for windows x64 works on these tablets, but we have noticed a performance regression.

Any help or advice about this situation ??

Someone who has faced the same issue before ??
