Error "SBL-EAI-50278" Encountered When Invoking a REST Outbound Web Service

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC)

When attempting to invoke the REST outbound interface, it throws the error:"SBL-EAI-50278: Integration Component 'body' found in body for array representation is not of array type"

The error message indicates that the 'body' component within the integration object is not correctly configured as an array type. This new KM document provides the cause of the error and the steps to resolve the same. Doc ID 3093118.1.
