Issue with Multiple Document Upload & Approval for Dependents in Life Events
We are trying to utilize "Fluid Benefits – Multiple Document Upload & Approval for Dependents" instead of document upload and followed the steps outlined in the upd33026977_01_sup document to configure life events activity guide.
Previously we used Document Upload component to enable employees submit documents and until the document was approved, employees couldn't start benefits enrollment. However with the new changes, as soon as employee adds new dependent, even before documents are submitted, benefits enrollment step is enabled and system is allowing employees to select the new dependent. On Dependent beneficiary info, we can still see the incomplete action. How to enforce logic to enable opening Benefits enrollment only after document is approved. Is there are delivered way to achieve this?
