Proposed New Functionality - Prior Group Limit Code

Hi team!

Issue:

Multiple DBAs are used to verify the Group Limit, where the DBAs are assigned to that Group Limit Code. Current functionality if DBA for Prior Limit is defined on a DBA, there is only one DBA that can be defined. There can be multiple DBAs that make up the limit.

Proposed new functionality could work like this. Choose DBA for Prior Limit (existing functionality)

OR

Choose Group Limit Code for Prior Limit (new functionality). Exist on program P059117 form W059117A. See attached for screenshot.
