Inquiry on Availability of IRS Consolidated Per Diem Rate File for CONUS (FY-2026)

Hi Everyone,

I would like to check when the IRS consolidated Per Diem rate file for CONUS is typically made available for download and use in the PeopleSoft system.

I am currently referring to the following link to download the CONUS file for FY-2026 in ASCII format; however, the FY-2026 file is not yet available for pull and upload through the delivered CONUS functionality:
Per Diem Rate Lookup – DoD Travel

Steps followed:

  1. Navigate to the link above.
  2. Under CONUS Rates, select Fiscal Year = 2026 and File Type = ASCII, then click Submit.
  3. Download the file (ASCII format).

If anyone has experience with loading or using the delivered CONUS functionality for hotel/lodging expenses, could you please share when the CONUS file for each fiscal year usually becomes available for loading into PeopleSoft?
