Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. RPAS v19, How can i fail the loadmeas batch if there are rejected records.

adding R|0 in batch_loadmeas.txt is not working. parameter R is expecting a positive integer.
