GRE Name change

EBS HCM r12.2.14 rup19

Hoping for some guidance as to what I'm missing here.

I've updated the name of a GRE. The FEIN did not change.

The updated name shows on the employee Assignment Statutory tab for the GRE.

But our sql queries and custom xlm reports are still showing the previous/old GRE name.

I'm attaching a document that has screen shots of the configuration I've updated as I'm stumped for what I've missed.
