Please share document for installation of Oracle database 19.3.0.0.0 step by step on AIX Version 7.3! osleve 7.3.0.0 IBM ON POWER system (64-bit)

and their require patches Ethier oracle database level or AIX7.3 level

the existing Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 and DB Size 3TB on AIX Version 7.2! oslevel 7.2.0.0 migrate to above mentioned database and OS (Oracle database 19.3.0.0.0 & AIX Version 7.3! osleve 7.3.0.0) Please help me how can I do this task
