How to sign jar from a .pfx obtained from Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services?

Migrating oracle forms application from 10g to 12.

The application uses webutil. Webutil is configured successfully.

We are unable to sign jacob.jar using a .pfx obtained from Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services.

The .pfx was generated using code signing.
