Lost FIDO authenticator, need help with account access

I need assistance with an account access issue. I have lost my FIDO authenticator and do not have any backup codes.
As live chat support is currently unavailable, I was directed here for help.

I would appreciate it if you could help me reset or disable my account's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings so I can regain access.
