New KM document explaining how the Oracle Database Client Bundled With Siebel Enterprise Server 25.2 And Later Doesn't Have All The Libraries Included In The Standard Oracle Database Client Installer and there is a need to separately install Oracle DB client for Siebel versions 25.2 to 25.6.
