PowerBI called via CafeOne URL does not load automatically

we have a page designed with CafeOne that shows a dynamic linked PowerBI. This works fine when we select the Layout from the drop down.

We would like the PowerBI to always show when we load the page. So far, we always have to deselect the layout and select it again in order for the PowerBI to show.

I really don't know what the issue is and how to overcome it.

Either automatically loading the PowerBi or being able to access the Layout Drop Down (in order to programmatically deselect and select) would be an option.
