Installing Oracle 19c in Lunux Redhat 9 . is it certified by Oracle please ?

I am confused. when i try to install oracle 19c in my redhat 9 . the isnatllation fail because the version is not supported . so i should desactivate the OS check or make like OL7 or OL8 to to continue the installation. that why i am not sure if this version is certified by ORACLE SUPPORT ? oyr it should be installed in redhat 7 or redhat 8
