BU not getting along with Asset Master, Unit Master, and BU Master

We are doing a tools upgrade and are at the testing phase. All of a sudden when I go into a current lease and click on any Leasee Accounting lease in the P1502 I am given three errors simply for clicking in a field on the Recurring Billing line. This ONLY happens with existing leases, as new leases let you enter and save new Recurring Billing lines with no error using the same BU. This a main BU and I have checked the Unit Master to see the unit exist, as well as the BU Master, and the Asset Master.
