Can supplier self service portal gives option for bid response

Hi Team,

We are planning to implement Operational sourcing and supplier self service modules in jd edwards. Want to understand whether supplier self service portal already have the option to give BID response and RFI details .

or do we need to create new portal for suppliers to give the responses of RFI and RFx.
