Voiding Items after Discount with minimum Subtotal requirement doesn't remove DSC | Xstore | 21.0.3

Is it expected behavior that Xstore will only validate Subtotal before Applying a Discount, but once the Discount is Added and Subtotal is reduced the Discount stays Applied?

Calculators are invoked on Voiding an item, but they don't seem to be checking Subtotal.
