Deployment server Installation workbench can't connect to eneterprise server database

  • Installed deployment server 9.2.0.0 and then all required ESUs.
  • Installed enterprise servers on Windows and Linux using the respective platform pack installers.
  • Can successfully login to JDEPLAN environment from solution explorer.
  • Created Typical installation plan with 2 Enterprise servers - Windows and Linux.
  • Plan gets created, validated and finalized with PDF document.
  • Then Start installation workbench, double click on the Installation plan to launch it.
