What Is a Reasonable Time Estimate for Migrating Oracle Forms 6i to 14c w/ Oracle dB 19c?

Hello Y’all Forms Gurus,

I have recently been requested from our management team to come up w/ an estimated time for the tasks defined in the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) of our Oracle Forms 6i to 14c migration project, and I really could use your expertise and help in coming up with a better time estimate for our migration project WBS tasks.

Our goal is to migrate the in-house written Oracle forms6i to Oracle Forms 14c application which will run in Oracle dB 19c. Our current Forms6i application has been running fine in Oracle dB 10g EE Release 10.1.0.5.0 – 64-bit for the last two decades.
