Subinventory not defaulting on ISO Lines though Item Transaction Default is updated

Version: Oracle eBS R12.2.5
According to Oracle's standard functionality, when an item transaction default is set up with a specific subinventory for shipping, this subinventory should automatically default onto the ISO (Internal Sales Order) lines created for the same item. But the subinventory field is blank while ISO is created. what could be possible reason, we have checked the Setups & Profile options everything seems fine, but still the issue remains active.
