LCM Charge Line Not Appearing in Query

Module: Landed Cost Management

I have an issue querying data for LCM shipment where FREIGHT charge line type is not appearing in standard view inl_adj_charge_lines_v I opened this view and tried to understand its query but could not get what is the reason. Refer attached data and query. Yellow highlighted in excel is not appearing in mentioned view. LCM_Query.txt is based on standard view inl_adj_charge_lines_v
