How to Reset Filter Settings in Shipping Operations for a Single User?

I have an issue with the Shipping Operations HTML page. One specific user has additional filters displayed on the page (enabled via the filter option, not through personalization). Since then, the Delivery view looks like this for this user.

What I already tried:

  • Disabled personalizations on all levels (responsibility, site)
  • Cleared cache

Unfortunately, the issue persists and only occurs for this one user. Other users see the page as expected.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to reset these filter settings for a single user?
