Oracle Linux Patching. What websites & ports need to be open?

We have been migrated to a new security structure that restricts accessing the internet for various items with regards to servers. I have several linux servers running Oracle Linux 8.10 & I need to apply patches to them. Need need to create tickets in order to open up various ips & ports on the firewalls. What websites / urls and ports are needed to be opened to in order to do this
