Waiving Optional Life Plan premiums for employees on Disability
Our Benefits team is looking to manage specific individual employees on Disability and not have Optional Life Plan enrollments post premiums to pay checks. They want the employee to remain enrolled in the Opt Life Plans, but premiums not post to pay checks. Other than managing manually through bi-weekly paycheck overrides to remove the deductions, has anyone else configured the system to handle this automatically? We are not on Cloud Benefits.
