Having Issues Creating a Institution in Campus Solution 9.2 U35

Good Afternoon Community,

First Time posting here. I am down the rabbithole of learning People Soft Campus Solutions from Scratch, as i want to do this as a career for a university and the hiring manager pointed me to this.

I installed CS9.2 U35 as a Vanilla on oracle virtual box. I haven't ran into any issues until now. I am trying to setup a academic institution, but when i get to the second tab it requires me to fill out "*School Grading Basis" i attempt to put GRD for Graded but it says no grading basis can be found. Neither of the 3 boxes allow me to.
