Oracle UCM File Retention Approach for BI Reports Extract files

in Oracle WebCenter Content (MOSC) Question

Please help with inputs for below question on the UCM Usage by Fusion Applications-

  1. How long does BI Report Outputs stay on the Oracle UCM server associated with an Oracle Fusion Application.
  2. what is the maximum threshold of UCM storage for a given Oracle cloud Fusion Application?
  3. When the scoped UCM storage for a given Fusion Instance gets over / or is about to get over - will it need any subscription extension or price impact to the business.
  4. Is there any standard ESS job or any other approach recommended by Oracle to periodically cleanse the UCM to remove old BIP Report Extract.
