Custom setup for R3482 to remove planning messages for forecast demand in a time window

I have setup a MRP run to try and remove the forecast messages generated by our initial MRP run to strengthen our Master Schedule demand. Attempt was to do this in an 8 week rolling window. I obviously do not have this set up correctly, as we see planning messages for forecast.

The item setup has a planning code of 1 for all of the items being attempted.
