How to upgrade SQL database for EPM 11.2.x?

A number of years ago we installed EPM 11.2.x on Windows Server 2019 and MS SQL Server 2016 based upon what EPM was certified with at that time. We are currently at 11.2.21. Support for MS SQL Server 2016 is ending July 2026 and we are planning to move our databases to a MS SQL Server 2022 cluster on another server. I assume there are three main steps, run the configuration utility for everything for the new database name, copy the databases, and test. Can you send me a link to the best step by step instructions on how to do this?
