Is it possible to have the line expense distribution account segments in the liability account?

Hi,

I just want to know if it is possible to have the line expense distribution account on the AP invoice (example : Division, Product, Section) the same in the liability account?

Currently, the Liability account is defaulted on the Supplier master and only a default account (Division, Product, Section ) can be used. Is it possible to have the same Division, Product and Section used on the line expense account be defaulted on the Liability account?

Example:

Debit: Company - Expense account - Div 001 - Product 001 - Section 001

Debit: Company - Expense account - Div 002 - Product 002 - Section 002

Credit: Company - Liablity account - Div
