Running a second multitenant CDB instance on the same server

DB version: 19.14
OS : RHEL 8.10

In DEV environment, I have a 19c multitenant CDB named CDB_78D with 12 PDBs hosted in it.
I would like to refresh one of the PDBs from the production equivalent using RMAN duplicate (restore from tape).
For this, an auxiliary instance needs to be created on the same server.

To start a second CDB instance on the same server, do I need to set some init.ora parameter in the auxiliary DB's pfile ? Or anything extra needs to be done ?
I remember reading something like this in docs/forum discussions. Or was it for 12.1 ?
