ADF certification matrix

Hello,

there's something i don't understand for ADF 14c. We need to upgrade our WLS+ADF 12c domain. I'm checking the certification matrix and ADF is not certified on SLES unlike ALL Fusion Middleware (https://www.oracle.com/middleware/technologies/fusion-certification.html)

Before, i needed to instal Oracle Application Development Runtime on top of WLS for standalone ADF apps. Installing Oracle ADR is still a requirement for SOA Suite 14c for exemple and SOA Suite is included in the ALL section of the certification matric on so is certified on SLES.

So how can ADR be certified on SLES as part of the SOA Suite but not certified just to deploy ADF applications ?
