Customer Interface (R12.2.14) missing profile values populated in interface when high volume

Has anyone had this same experience? Once a month, we have a high volume (8-12k) of account profile updates that need to be performed due to a value change we store in an attribute of the profile. The records are all successfully populated into the RA_Customer_Profiles_Int_All table with the updated attribute, and the Customer Interface is run. (Side note, Customer Interface takes hours to complete with this quantity, and shouldn't.) Once Customer Interfaces does finally complete, the output of the program shows that all were successfully updated and gives the appropriate counts with no exceptions listed.
