Reconcile Timezone Differences Between Custom Print, Unifier, and Data Model?

With BI Publisher and Unifier 25.6 b-05232025-22, I'm trying to understand if we're seeing a bug or an implementation error with a custom print.

We create a record for our BP with datetime fields with users configured to be local to HST. This data displays fine in Unifier.
When we query this record with our data model in BI Publisher we're seeing the value of the time shifted to Pacific Time (server time, verified by support), but the UTC offset is set to 0 rather than the correct Pacific Offset (-8), for example the user inputs 8:30am into Unifier and we get back "2025-07-15T11:30:00.000+00:00" from our data model query.
