Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. No tnsping command on Oracle Instant client

Hello,

I have noticed that the tnsping utility is not included with Oracle Instant Client 19c.

As this is highly useful and basic command, I was wondering why it is not included in the oracle client tools rpm.

is there a reason why it is not included?
