No audio when TLS and SRTP is enabled on SIP trunk
Hi All,
We have a SIP trunk from our Core network to two cloud-based contact center products in AWS Cloud. These two contact center products are depicted as SA1 and SA2 in the diagram below.
Without TLS and SRTP enabled, calls work OK, i.e. no issues with signaling and media/audio but when we enable TLS and SRTP for the SIP trunk between the core network and SA2 there is no audio.
Any ideas why there is no audio for calls that follow the red line in the diagram below?
