Supplier not able to download Contract Terms when navigating with external URL link( DMZ server)

Hello,

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Supplier logs in using the external server URL.
  2. Navigates with the Sourcing Supplier responsibility.
  3. While submitting a quotation, the supplier is unable to download the Contract Terms by clicking on preview contract terms button.

The following error is displayed:-
There has been an error while processing the PDF generation. Please contact your system administrator for more details.
Note:--> DMZ has been implemented in our instance.--> The supplier is able to download the Contract Terms when logging in through the internal server URL.
