How to delete duplicate lines from sales load

Hello, I need help figuring out how to delete lines that were duplicated in the load and are changing my sales revenue value.

For some reason the sales load gave an error and after adjustment, it loaded.

The lines are duplicated, doubling my revenue amount.
I need to know how to fix this. Is there a way to delete just these duplicate lines, or will deleting everything and uploading it again cause issues?
