Is there a way to provide team-wide access to confirmation statements in Oracle?

We are currently handling a large number of open requests that require extensive information to be gathered. At present, Benefits team members print multiple pages from the health table, which results in significant paper usage and is very time-consuming.

If there is a way for team members to directly view or access the confirmation statements (without the need to print everything), it would greatly streamline our process and improve efficiency.

Has anyone implemented such an approach, or is there a recommended setup within Oracle to allow this type of access?
