Is this count(*) with hints an Oracle internal generated query ?

We encountered 2 count(*) queries that were certainly not generated by our ETL.

They caused a lot of PHYSICAL_READ_BYTES

ANd given the nature of the hints inside these queries it looks unlikely that they were human generated.

So we want to check if anyone came accross something similar and whether this is internally generated by Oracle
for instance during stats gathering (als there is spatial in the DtaWarehouse):
