Add External page hyperlinks in Checklists

Our users are wanting to utilize checklists in OffBoarding but instead of using Dynamic links that would send them to other pages within PeopleSoft, they would like links to send them to external pages. Is there a way to use hyperlinks in Checklists?

Currently using Tools 8.60.14
