One employee can have setup 2 PCARDS in two different Operating Units?

We currently have an employee with a PCARD assigned to the US operating unit. Due to business requirements, this employee will be supporting the Canada operating unit and, as such, will need an additional PCARD (different number) to cover activities performed in that country.

It is possible to do this setup?
