Can we configure price effective date prior to requested date in sales order

Hi,

I have an requirement where in sales order price effective date should be prior to requested date. Eg. order has requested date 15th Sept 2025 but price effective date should be 15 to 20 days prior of this. Is this possible to do set up for this ?
