Hello Oracle Team,

Our company is partnered with Oracle. I have a question regarding the process of delivering the license. My client already had a TOMA. My question is, when will be the moment we will install the software? How my client will have his MOS. or did he already have it on his email after he completed the TOMA? Thank you!
