After ship confirm interface trip stop ends in completed warning line not interfaced

Hi,

Please help on the following -
After ship confirm interface trip stop ends in completed warning and line is not getting interfaced, stay in shipped status
But when we run interface trip stop manually it is getting completed successfully and line is interfaced for the same line.

Any reason for this behavior , any inputs will be helpful.
