Issue in Supplier name update in View Document PDF

We have issue where for a BPA supplier name got updated. Even if we checking supplier setup from application, AP_SUpplier, PO_Vendor table every where new supplier name is showing. In BPA also new supplier name is coming. But when we are opening the BPA, under PO summary > searching with BPA> tools> View document > PDF is getting open. But in that PDF we are seeing old supplier name not new one.
