How Are You Handling AI-Generated Job Applications in PeopleSoft Recruiting?
Hi everyone,
I work in Higher Education and we use PeopleSoft for recruiting. Lately, we've seen a noticeable increase in job applications that appear to be generated by AI tools or submitted via bot services. These applications often have generic resumes, keyword-stuffed content, or are submitted in bulk within seconds of each other.
We're concerned about the impact this has on our screening process and candidate quality. Has anyone else experienced this in their PeopleSoft environment? If so:
- What strategies or configurations have you used to detect or filter out AI-generated or bot-submitted applications?
- Have you implemented any CAPTCHA, custom screening questions, or integrations with third-party tools?
