How to enable secure boot on installed KVM host

I have installed KVM host and now need to enable secure boot available in iDRAC.

I have DELL iDRAC9 setup and need to use secure boot on BIOS level for KVM hosts (Oracle Linux Server 8.10). OLVM version is 4.5.5-1.50.el8.

I need to install secure boot on KVM hosts and enable it from iDRAC console and will test it. Also I'd like to verify setup after KVM patching. From where I can found detail installation instructions for KVM host level and iDRAC level?
