PeopleSoft HR 9.2 Integration with third party Recruitment

Hello Oracle Support Team,

We are integrating the Fountain recruitment app with PeopleSoft HR 9.2. We will send position numbers and job codes from PeopleSoft to Fountain, and Fountain will return candidate and hire data to PeopleSoft.

Are there delivered service operations or APIs in PeopleSoft HR or Recruiting modules that can receive external candidate/hire data and process new hires? If so, which ones are recommended for this use case? Any best practices or documentation for integrating external recruitment platforms with PeopleSoft HR 9.2 would be appreciated.
