Our current db version is : 19.27 on Exadata machine.

We got below error at standby database , which aborted mrp process , mrp process not came up .

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [3020], [1684], [46338], [767603970], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-10567: Redo is inconsistent with data block (file# 1344, block# 43218, file offset is 759201792 bytes)
ORA-10564: tablespace TBS1

ORA-01110: data file 1684: 'XXX'
ORA-10561: block type 'TRANSACTION MANAGED DATA BLOCK', data object# 295607374
Incident details in: /u01/xxx/xxxx_pr26_150432_i1722468.trc
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.

Slave exiting with ORA-600 exception
